Brake pads question

Hi All,
Time for brake pads change.
My 200Ti use Girling single piston calipers. When I search for brake pads everywhere they offered to me standart brake pads (fits to Audi100, late typ89 and others with 256mm brake disks) brake pads that doesn't utilize full size of bigger brake disk in my car. Is it possible to find such bigger brake pads?
