82 coupe shift link..Huw?

Halleluiah!
I just picked up the shift linkage part.
The socket is still available by itself p/n 811-711-279 82 cents.
The cashier exclaimed that was the smallest bill she ever saw at the
dealership and is certainly the least costly Audi part I ever bought.
And for a week the car has operated on real bailing wire and spark plug cap
temporary repair.
