84 4kq cutting out

I think I discovered my problem.  My car in the past has had a momentary 
cutout once in a while.  This morning on the way to work the engine shut off 
and the headlights went out for about 2 seconds, the tach dropped as well.  
If I'm not mistaken the dash lights stayed on because I saw the tach drop?

When I got to work my ignition switch would not turn off.  I can turn it 
just enough to kill the motor and headlights but it is right on the edge of 
turning everything back on.  It will not turn enough to start the engine and 
it will not turn back past the run position. I can turn it on and push start 
the car to get it home.

Is this repairable or where can I buy a new switch?
