Eyvind

Are you looking at these tires as winter tires or
something to run year round? Not certain in what
climate you are located either. If the best winter
function is not a key factor; then it is acceptable to
mount a 195/60-14 on a 7" wide rim.  I just confirmed
that with my Nokian tire fitment guide. If you are
trying to maximize the winter function of the car;
that extra 10mm of tread width is a signifigant
detriment. I've run ice trials and ice raced for over
30 years and have found that a narrower tread will
perform better in winter
Good luck
