right wheel vibration, 87 4000 cs

I hit a curb a while ago and im not sure but since then theres been a vibration from the right front of the car.  I can feel it through the car and the steering wheel, it only acts up at higher speeds, above 55.  Also, when the wheel is cranked in reverse, there is aloud clunk that comes from the right front aswell which can also be "felt".  THe wheel bearings are fine as are the wheels and tires.  The controll arm looks fine aswell.  Any suggestions?
