type44 chin spoiler air dam??

By chin spoiler, you mean the plastic piece that is attached to the bottom
of the front bumper that is painted like the body of the car? I don't think
you should cut off bottom half and invert it. Does the spare front bumper
have the apron/chin spoiler attached underneath it?
