I have a 86 Audi 5000 with a chin spoiler attached to bottom of front bumper, I suggest to stick to the original part---from a type 44 front bumper.

  i have a '86 5kT..
there is no piece attached to the bottom of the front bumper. hey, anyone know if a V8 front bumper will fit on a 200??

By chin spoiler, you mean the plastic piece that is attached to the bottom
of the front bumper that is painted like the body of the car? I don't think
you should cut off bottom half and invert it. Does the spare front bumper
have the apron/chin spoiler attached underneath it?
