Killing Team Doorhandle once & for all?

I'll agree with Alex on the fact they look great. I also agree that a trigger 
kit would have been a cheaper fix. I have a set of 200 door to install on my 
1987 5000cs TQ. They have the flush door handles that you never hear any 
problems with. (OK, just not nearly as many as the old door handles, like mine!)

Will these door handles fit my UrQuattro? How about my 4000cs Q? I might go 
the flush door handle route with my 4000 also though. I'll use donor doors from 
an 80/90 for the door handle mechanism.
