BAC limits

I guy walks into a bar with three buddies.  After a few
hours, he staggers out of the bar.  Across the street,
a police officer watches him.  The guy staggers to his
car, fumbles for his keys, drops them, picks them up,

car. He starts and stops, lurches to the curb/kerb, looks
both ways, then pulls out onto the street.  The cop puts
his lights on and pulls him over within a block.  The cop
walks up to him and asks for his license and registration.
The cop then gives the guy a field sobriety test. The guy
staggers a bit and slurs some words, so the cop gives him
a Breathalyzer test.  The guy blows a 0.0.  The cop can't
believe the results.  The cop looks at the guy and says,
"I don't understand it.  You're clean."

The guy looks at the cop and said, "I'm the designated
decoy."
