Aux relay panel - Taxi relay

I am in the final stages of putting MegaSquirt on my 4ktq.  All that
is left is to find a power source that is on in both the start and run
positions.  I prefer not to add relays since there are so many
locations I am not using already.  I first thought of using the fog
light relay and fuse location, but I don't have suitable quick
connects to populate the connectors where I need to under the fuse
panel.

I have been looking at the "Taxi" relay socket in the aux relay panel.
 It is wired in, but has no relay in it.  I have not yet checked if
the signal wire is timed properly as far as when it allows power, but
I can change that quite easily.  Does anyone know what this relay is
for?  I see relays for Police so maybe their was a taxi package in
some other market.  If so why would this be wired in?  All other
unused accessories (fog lights, seat heaters, police package, etc) are
not wired in.
