Embarrassingly, yes.

Possible, since the original ECU was toast (water leaked
onto it), and I had to splice in a replacement harness.
And with all the snow we've been getting, that leak may
be back.

Here's what little more I know:  I tried to see if there's
fuel.  I got flummoxed trying to remove an injector (see
follow-on message) so I cracked the line at the fuel rail.
I pumped about 1/2 pint into a glass jar in 5 seconds of
cranking.  So, it's getting fuel.
I need a second pair of hands to check for spark. (And
having cracked the fuel line, right now wouldn't be a
good time to check for spark :).  (see follow-on message).
