I believe paul fernandes at custom autocraft is currently developing 10v headers, the power gains should be considerably higher than .6hp ;)

Subject: 90 tubeuler I-5 header on 100 10v&20v
Audi fans,
I have a 1990 100q, and I saw the other day a I-5
exhaust header that was origanly for a 1990 90. It
looked nice, and my ride has 5 cylinders as well. I
assume that the combustion chamber between the 20V and
10V must be totaly different, so the spacing of the
exhaust port between the 2 motors are not the same.
Is this true?
Has anyone out there put a 20V exh manifold on the
100q? If for nothing else it looks so much better. I
thought about using the 10V exh manifold as a pattern,
and make a flange, and bend pipes to fit the head.
Just looking to see if anyone has tried this, and how
much work it took. Parts would not be too expensive,
I would think there would be dozens of 100qs with
tubeuler exh manifolds.
Performance gains are not a concern, 132.6 horsepower
still won't knock my socks off.
Thanks
Pasquale
