FW: cat bypass on UrS4

I gutted the kitty on my 200q millions of miles ago. Slight performance
improvement, a little lower onset of boost and water temps a little
cooler. Passed emissions with flying colors when we had that in Florida
for a few years. Maintenance goes a long way to make sure the car is
running efficienty/clean before the exhaust gas enters the system to be
cleaned up by the cat.
