V6 no start update - it starts

Who knows?  I did charge the battery, but that was
only after cranking the engine so many times trying
to get it to start.  Was the battery too low at the
first attempt?  I don't think so.  But, the plugs
were fouled and replaced (twice), the battery was
charged, the pedal was to the floor, and it started,
so maybe there is some truth to that.

I don't think the O2 sensors are/were the problem,
as people have pointed out, they only fine tune
the mixture.  Speculation was that the cam position
sensor was dead; but why would holding the pedal to
the metal un-kill it?

With all the replacing of plugs and what not, my
guess is it was/is/will be again electrical -- bad
connection, bad plug wire, fouled plug, dying sensor,
...
