   There's always the Bill Gates Law....   I don't recall exactly how it 
works, but Mr. Bill lobbied it into existance for the purpose of importing 
his 959.  The McClaren F1 guys have used it too.  It's for parade and show 
use, basically, low annual mileage limits.
