It seems to me like their "BLS" product has an excess initial.

Also on that site:

"ANOTHER FACT: In 1954, the Christian Science Monitor surveyed all 81 
Nobel Prize winners in the fields of chemistry, medicine and physiology 
on their opinion regarding water fluoridation.  Seventy-nine percent 
failed to endorse water fluoridation."

Hmmm, "failed to endorse"?  I think that means an unstated number of 
them simply didn't bother to reply.

Which means I think I am going to start making little silver boxes with 
red and black wires coming out of them... but again, my only interest is 
to play hocket with them, so R&D might be skimpy.
