Yes, but that misses the key part of the question:

"Can anyone recommend a forum-- of the same quality as this one--- "

The general maturity level (and true knowledge level) on these forums
is sub-middle school level.  Yes I know there are exceptions but the
signal to noise ratio is so bad I can't bring myself to spend any time
reading it.
