45mm offset wheels on a CGT???

I have given up on finding bargain wheels for my CGT and decided to restore a 
set of 20VQ Speedline wheels that I have. Mine are from a sedan that I have. 
Looking through a web site I find that the  20V Coupe came with a 38mm offset 
Speedlines, while the sedan came with 45mm Speedlines. Is this accurate? Is 
this enough to give me a lot of wheel rub?
