Thanks Kent,

Yes, I should have stated that, we fixed massive leaks already, and from
all the checking, its got 0 leaks at this point.  (we even had to remove
the lower intake as it was warped!!!).  New injector seals, vaccum lines,
etc...

I'm really focusing on this strange behavior from the full throttle switch
between open loop and closed loop...something doesn't make sense.

Does anyone have a spare CIS-E 3 computer they'd let go for cheap as just
an experiment?
