Of course his paranoia is justified, he's not legit! That seems pretty
obvious to me after reading all the relevant posts.

But if threats of legal action, etc haven't put this guy out of business,
nothing that we listers can do will stop his scamming ways. What's important
here is that the word gets spread so that none of us get scammed ourselves.
