You have; this is borderline stalking.  Legalities/technicalities are 
not really the issue, so I don't want to debate them; I am not 
comfortable with this discussion continuing with regards to potential 
liability to Audifans, and Dan agrees the discussion needs to close.  
Please respect that decision.

  If you have factual discussion/information about his products or 
whatnot, so be it- but I think listers have long since turned the 
proverbial dead horse into hamburger...
