Exist.ru/elcats

I'm seeking advice on accessing the Russian Audi site (exist.ru/elcats). The archives I searched mention that you simply need IE as your browser, and everything will come up. Well, I still cannot access the information from the Audi link on the site regardless of which browser I use (IE). My IT guy checked the link for me, and said it  had no info.

I hope I didn't miss something in the archives that already covered this. If so, please direct me to the info. Otherwise, how can I access the site info? Is there something new; do I need to register with them? Send them money? Or ?? Any assistance is appreciated. Thanks.
