UFO Rotors replacement

Sorry if this hits the list twice, putta had a wobbly moment, i am gonna be replacing the the ufo rotors on my urs4 this weekend, just wondered if some kind folks could give me the heads up on how to do please. any gotchas????

I know bentley talks about using a dial gauge hmmm well that ain't gonna happen as i don't have one. anything else???
