You could also consider a roll-up door (altho good ones aren't cheap) or
one of the new Genie I-drive openers about which I've heard good
things.

back the Audi on with the lift all the way against the back wall in
order to
clear (just barely) the garage door opener with the hood vs. trunk. Or
use
the unfinished ceiling side for an tiny bit more clearance.
