NAC -- Listing of standard shop hours

Does anyone know of a way to find the standard shop hours for
maintenance work on cars?  We are nearing the point of litigation on
an eBay purchase gone very sour.  I want to have justification for the
hours I have spent getting this piece drivable.  If it matters it is a
GM truck.
