Ed,
I used to live in Vernal and really felt for you with this issue. Vernal
repair shops killed a 78 5000 block and head doing repairs and instaling a
block heater. They will always blame the audi cause they don't understand
anything with more than 4 pistons or less than 8 pistons. Backward place.I
grew up there and had the audi in high school. I fell in love with audi's
first because it was completely different from normal (for Vernal). When I
got another audi, While being towed after an accedent, The driver never
lifted the whole car and dragged the rear in fifth gear. So after I
replaced it with a new audi I decided I better just move rather than give
up the quattro! Vernal wasn't worth it.
