It's the same car with a "facelift". Nothing on the body has changed. It's a 
type-44 no matter what. The D11 is the same, just some different body panels 
(fenders, hood, etc), but internally a type-44 as far as I know.

The type-44 stuff can probably be found at Chris Semple's place.
