intake air sensor - got answers, thanks

Sorry, a little late. The intake air sensor is usually soldered right to the 
harness. I have found a few that gave me the same code as you have. Pull back 
the rubber boot on the sensor and see if one of the wires has broken off. I 
bought a new sensor and I had to solder it to the harness. I have also bought 
other sensors that seem to be an upgraded sensor with a connector. If I remember 
correctly, it was a little kit with the sensor, a new connector, the pins for 
the harness wires, and a new rubber boot. This was bought from Audi. Anyone 
know the P/N for this kit? About 2 years ago I repaired my old sensor on my 87' 
5000cs TQ by resoldering the broken wire back to the correct terminal on the 
sensor. Never had a problem since.
