Coolant bleeding with climate control

Hi folks

is this the same process as on cars with a normal heater, i.e heater on high etc etc, patient is my urs4 and other gotchas on this one??? Reason for asking is that i am gonna replace thermostat and top hose tomorrow when the parts get here.
