Blaufergnugen Tool Rental Deposit

Hella all,

Have any of you ever had a problem getting a timely refund of your tool rental deposit from Blaufergnugen?  I returned a timing belt kit rental in pristine condition, one week early, over two weeks ago (UPS tracked and verified) and haven't been credited for it.  The deposit, however, was deducted from my checking account within literally minutes of my order.... TIA
