Would be nice if you state the problem right up front.
You tell us what works, what you checked . . .but we dont know what the
problem is to begin with.

The only clues we have is the Topic - "Fuel supply issues" . . and "I need
adequate fuel pressure". How about telling us what the main symptom is?
Yes, we could go back thru the archives and go thru all your posts . . .we
could . . but its a pain. If you make us work to figure out what you mean .
.. . we wont. I prefer to take the path of least resistance . .that is, to
go on to the next post. Thats just human nature.

Be kind to us listers, and tell us what the symptoms are. In your case,
because its a project, it would not hurt to state an executive summary of
whats happening and what has happened. Maybe 4 lines of text in
chronological order.
example:
1. Rebuild engine project. Original sympton was XXXXXXX.
2. Engine rebuilt wont start - no spark - fixed - bad coil.
3. Engine wont start - fuel problem - no spray out of removed injector.

And you can post this short history with each post. That would help us out a
lot.

Now to your problem:
The car wont start?

Will it start with a shot of ether?

Does it try to start? A cylinder or two catches?

How did you check for sealed intake system? I'm curious about this.

Did you VERIFY your crank, valve, spark timing? If you have been reading
Denis's posts, you will see how simple it is to make an error . . .and go
round and round in circles accomplishing nothing except confusing us all.

Did you measure fuel system pressure? What is it?

Did you measure fuel pump delivery volume? How much?

Just trying to be helpful,
