Has the 5K been sitting for a long time? Maybe some old
fuel has dried and is clogging the fuel distributor.  

Given the lack of a pressure tester, it might be worth removing 
the fuel distributor and soaking it and cleaning it with ... brake 
cleaner? Something more gentle?
