Portland area lister's, info needed

My sister now lives in Portland and is in need of a source for studded winter 
tires, She owns a 2001 A4 1.8 T Quattro. She has 17" wheels on it now and I'd 
like to source her a set of 16" wheels and tires. I could find her all this 
stuff on the right coast but I don't have any contacts on the left coast. I'm 
trying to save her shipping costs by finding wheel/tire options in her area.
