Yes, absolutely.  You should get new replacements for both molded 
multi-tap "hose" bits, and also replace all you can of the small cloth 
covered lines.  Dealer for the molded bits, dealer or aftermarket shop 
for the hose.  Also the short bit of hose attaching the metal pipe to 
the crankcase vent, etc.

Order a new one (and new "golf tees", pplastic guides, etc.) while at 
the dealer.  Aftermarket people should have this stuff too, I think.
