84 4ksq Oxygen Sensor Heating Element Location?

Yes, it is on the O2 sensor. Of you unplug the two
wire connector from the O2, it unplugs the heater. I
had the same problem with my old O2 sensor. The new
(4-wire) fixed it. HTH
