***** Be careful with the voltage readings. Check with a digital meter to be
accurate.
A battery that reads a perfect 12.0 volts is essentially dead.
As you can see by the chart, small voltage differences mean big changes in
charge.
If you dont have a good digital meter, a good battery hydrometer is the best
way to check the battery.

Also, you want to measure the voltage at the pump when its working.
