90 v6 oil leak from hell !!! and happy new year !!

Did you replace the valley pan itself or just the gasket? I ask because I've
seen several leakers from there that were more caused by the aluminum pan
itself not being flat/level than the gasket. A decent telltale sign is loose
torque spec on the bolts that hold it down(they're often loose). Dunno if
it's a mfg defect or simply a really thin casting and a single overheat
session in the cars lifetime and it's warped from then on. Not that the
heads aren't an option, just not the most common one.
