Huh. They won't send me an more pictures of the super charger. I wonder why? I asked him about not seeing a belt on the pulley and they haven't responded back.

Better yet, take a close look at the supercharger.  See a belt?  I don't.  The only way it could have a belt on there now is if it runs under the bottom of the pulley.  There are two reasons that couldn't be:  (1) The pulley is grooved.  That means the ribbed portion should go over the pulley.  If it were supposed to go under the pulley, the pulley would be smooth.  (2)  You would see the 2 pulleys higher than the 'supercharger' 
pulley if the belt were going under the 'supercharger.'  I don't even see how a belt could go there (it doesn't look like any other pulleys are in line with it.)
