First, please try not to quote the entire digest after your message...

Try searching the archives (Motodyne, Robert Hack) to see the back 
story.  Accusations of criminal behaviour would seem to be unlikely to 
generate a losing libel case.  I think that comment has actually been 
tested in real life, by the way.

Just as a quick example, when was the last time you saw a real business 
using an aol address to handle their email?
