About 2 years ago I paid $50 for an old WinBook laptop.
Pentium, 16MB RAM, 1GM hard drive, Windows 98. Enough
to run Vag-Com.  Plus surf the web, read email, run
Word, etc.
I got mine from a lawyer, who took it in payment from
a client.  But you can check your local Craigslist
