1993 100 avant (urs4) climate control

Need to some btdt please, the climate system seems to have a little prob, it doesn't get any air onto the screen at all, any ideas what the fix is for this and how to do????

Also sometimes when i press any button on the control unit it doesn't for instance change the temp or fan speed, gently tapping the centre console makes it work.
