Yeah, I agree. Best of luck getting any manufacturer to actually give a darn
about your problems.
Look at how the Germans respond to publicity about poor reliability: "the
consumer doesn't understand the technology." That's from Mercedes. Think
Audi will be any different? This is the company that only fixes S4/S6 fuel
lines with threats, fixes A4 control arms on the "down low" and totally
botched the 1.8t recall.
No, it's the owner's fault the car is crap. Or, POSSIBLY the dealer is too
dumb to fix it. But it's not AoA/Audi AG's fault. Nope. Never. NEIN!
