The answer is yes to all three, although why go for the plain-jane
sport option when the s4 seats rock this world. they will bolt right
in.... got'em in my 5KTQ. if you grab  the seats from salvage, clip
the pigtails to the seats also and all it will take is some minor
skills to figure out the power and heated seat options...(35 min max)
