Do you have the Bentley manual for the 100/200?  Look at page D2-20-1, 
it has how to connect the LED for cars with only two connectors.  I'll 
try to "draw" it here (sorry, I don't have a scanner):

Connector A is listed as "dark" and B is supposed to be "light".  B1 is 
not connected to anything in the wiring harness.

Put the LED + resistor between A1 and B2.  Then put a wire with 
push-button switch between A2 and B2.  Activating the switch is the same 
as putting a fuse in the top of the fuel pump relay.  IE, push the 
switch for 4 seconds, and the LED starts blinking the fault codes.
