'82 Coupe, rear wheels askew

If it was disconnected or broken, the rear of the car would "wallow" side to side. The "control arms" that run on the sides aren't strong enough to resist flexing. Had the panhard rod break on an '78 Fox. Couldn't drive over 20 mph.
