Tony,
The fuse terminal on top of the FP relay is used to trigger the fault code and test sequences.

47/T BS Br/G[T14b/14] Br/G > ECU/21 effectively providing ground return for FP relay through ECU
Terminal ILa Y> [T14b/11]Y> ECU/31 and ground side of test LED.
49 connects inside the fusebox to Terminal Ila
51, 53: blank/not connected
Combine this with Bently diagrams and explanation. There are a number of places to tap into, but to avoid pulling out aux. relay panel and getting under dash, best to access the underside of the fuse box up top under the hood.
Hope you nail down the problem.

Does anyone know which terminals you would use for the LED indicator when pulling codes. My check engine light appears to be burned out. I have a check box I've built, and want to use it. Also, can anyone verify that the two terminals on the top of the FP relay triggers the sequence.
