Forget it. On a Torsen-equipped car there needs to be a percentage of
resistance for the torque to transfer. If that percentage is zero (broken
joint), then the transfer is also zero. That car's not going anywhere by
locking the differentials if a joint is broken!
FWIW, you can unplug the speed sensor to override the 15mph cutout. You
won't have a speedometer reading, but the differential will remain locked at
any speed.
