Hi Chris,

No they don't come with the grommet.  There's an specific Audi part number for 
it, but I found that a grommet from VW Fox (newer) or maybe a Golf will work. 
Its found on the firewall.  The correct grommet has a long neck to protect the 
wire harness and  maybe seal out moisture.  The VW grommet has a much shorter, 
maybe 3/8 inch long neck.
