5000 turbo Quattro - Steering Wheel Horn contact

I am thinking that since we put a new steering rack in, that the column may
be too far in.  The Bentley covers the procedure which indicates that
adjustment is too be made with the steering wheel contact gap correct - or
something to that effect.  I don't see anything else that could be wrong.

For now it is working fine as I adjusted the Crab assy.
