I like the local Wally World and Jiffy Lube (et. al.) stores because they keep me busy rethreading drain plug holes and replacing oil pans.  Over the years, I've made a substantial amount of money from them.  In addition, I get a lot of work from their (more properly "former")customers who complain of noisy lifters, a problem commonly solved by installing a proper German oil filter and the correct weight oil.
